1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Nila application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Nila and use the service. By creating an account and using the service, you represent and warrant that you can form a binding contract with Nila.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the service.

4. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nila, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
